Jason and Katie’s love story has been anything but conventional — and all the more meaningful because of it. In the year and a half since they began dating, they’ve spent a combined total of just a few months in the same place, yet built a connection deeper than distance could ever weaken. 

They met through work and quickly found something rare and real, even though they lived twelve hours apart. Despite busy schedules, time zones, and the miles between them, they made each other a priority from the start.

Jason got promoted and moved a few hours closer to Katie, who got deployed and moved much farther away. Still, their long-distance love only grew stronger. When she returned, they celebrated with a few weeks in Europe, where Jason proposed in a moment neither of them will ever forget. Katie said yes, packed up her life, and moved to Wyoming, where they’re finally beginning their next chapter side by side.
