Kayla +Colton

         Colton and I met when I moved from Michigan to Wyoming to attend law school. I moved into a house of all boys and he was one of them. We quickly became friends as we both enjoyed the outdoors. He taught me how to ski, we hiked and camped. My dog, Myla, stole his heart rather quickly. Colton was also in law school and grew up in Wyoming so he answered all my law school and Wyoming questions. The day Colton moved out of the house we were living in as roommates, Colton asked me out on a date. I gave it a shot and the friendship-love to romantic-love happened effortlessly. The rest is history!

We planned a trip to Napa Valley, CA after I was done taking the bar exam. Colton planned most of it himself. We went out to a ton of nice restaurants, went wine tasting and relaxed. One of the days Colton planned a wine tasting for us at Castello di Amorosa, which means "Castle of Love." It was a gorgeous castle overlooking the valley and as we were getting ready to leave he asked to take some pictures. He asked a random group to take our picture in the vineyard and he got down on one knee! It was absolutely magical. 

  We are most excited about the mountain backdrop. A ton of our friends and family will travel from out of state so we are excited to show them beautiful Montana. We can't wait to marry each other!
